My name is Indra Wijaya Kusuma, i was born in Bandung, Dec, 3 1991. I live in Rawalumbu jalan mirah delima raya block V RT/RW 01/038, Bekasi City

At the time I had taken 3 month I moved to Jakarta by my parents because the father worked in the jakarta. our rented house, after our own house in jakarta. We then moved to jakarta when I was 4 years old. Age 5 years old I started school at TK Bani Saleh 2, Bekasi.

 when I graduated in 1998, my parents and I moved to Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara as the father on the move working. I  school was there, At the  bonipoi 2 Elementary School from grade 1 to grade 4. Then we also went back to jakarta in 2001. And I went to school at  Bojong Rawalumbu X Elementary School, Bekasi.

When I graduated from elementary school, I went junior high school in 2004-2007, I was in Bani Saleh 2 Junior High School, Bekasi, from grade 7 to grade 9 Junior High School.

Graduated from Junior High School, I went to the high school level in 2007-2010, Grade 1 high school I attended in Mutiara Baru High School, then I moved to SMA 6 High School.

And this time I recorded active as a student at the University Gunadarma 2010, I am currently completing my thesis as a requirement of graduation from my college.

When Scientific Research Working Experience

 At the beginning of the semester to start a sixth entry, I felt nervous when I heard my friends talking about Scientific research is often heard by university students of 6th semester Gunadarma ie scientific writing. scientific writing is one of the graduation requirements of students of 6th semester toward the undergraduate level. Scientific writing is a task that must be done by each student who has been sitting in 6th semester. Scientific research has a weight of 2 credits. Scientific research can be a scientific paper on the results of studies in the field (applied), literature (theoretical), or a combination of both.

 Field studies can include practical work, internships, interviews, observation, study, and a variety of other ways. The study can be comparative literature theory, development theory, application of theory, evidence theory, and others.

        Scientific research must be completed within three months from receipt of the Decree of the Rector of the University Gunadarma obligation for students to write Scientific Research and Scientific Research Supervisor designation.

  Day by day has passed since knowing who the supervisor who will guide me. Day by day went by searching for the title of what I would use in my research to be done. Many references as I can. Arrived early Saturday lecturers into the classroom and meet our students. He was named Mr. Hadir Hudiyanto, he told us to make a title, and other organizational framework that will be submitted on Tuesday. I also already, my initial title which I will ask the theme of how intense the effect on employee performance.

By the time Tuesday arrived, we were asked to come to the campus located in Kalimas J3, to meet him and discuss the titles that will be used. When I got there I met a friends of the guidance. Soon he was present, we did not even discuss at length the title of our titles. The first title I was proposing. But according to the title, he's been a lot in life, I was asked to find another topic.

I was made dizzy just to look for any topic, I went back to look for more references from the Internet, to the library and recommendation from friends - friends. Finally I decided to make a research about marketing with calculations using SWOT analysis. There also happened to be my cousin who works at the company, to be exact PT. Niramas Utama. I also contacted my cousin and he allows me to do some research on the place.

I just directly ask me the title and chapter 1, Alhamdulilah my title and chapter one in the ACC, there are only a few that should be in the format of writing and revision as the research objectives should be clear. I went home and immediately revise my error in Chapter 1. On the Saturday before starting at college I met the supervisor to show my revision on chapter 1 and chapter 1 is correct God bless all.

I continued working on chapter 2, I start looked for references to the theory - a theory which I will write, and to the campus library to see the kind of research that will be specified in Section 2. I also get her and without wasting my time do directly. And on I went to campus G tomorow which is in the Kelapa Dua depok to file my chapter 2. Thank God in the ACC just as usual there should be revised, but are allowed to go to chapters 3 and 4. 3 In this chapter I have obstacles to get the data because my cousin frequently travel abroad. So I had to wait patiently for him to go home.

After 3 weeks of my cousins ​​went home, and I was able to get the data to the company. I get the data for chapter 3 company profiles, secondary data and provide a questionnaire on employee there for the purposes of the data in Chapter 4.

While waiting for the results of the questionnaire for the data processing is done in chapter 4, I am working on chapter 3 in advance, and God bless chapter 3 in the ACC. A week passed, the questionnaire was already finished. I started working on chapter 4. A lot of obstacles in chapter 4 of this construct as complicated in the process. But this does not make me give up or despair, day after day I skip to work on chapter 4. Finally finished already. I ask directly tomorow chapter 4. Day - the day it really hard for me because it must first be passed depok guidance during the fasting month, I went through the scorching riding of motorcycle  of my close friends. When I got there I met my immediate supervisor I ask my chapter 4. But unfortunately I still much to be revised. I was impatient. I'm not desperate. Direct me to do what must be revised.

Two weeks later I returned to depok with my friends to show my revised, hungry, I feel the hot sun on the way, due to the fasting month. But do not dampen my spirits. I also met the supervisor, memnghampiri tension because I am afraid there is something wrong again, but thanks God bless joy because finally approached my chapter 4 in the ACC, I immediately requested to complete section 5 and the bibliography. I am encouraged to immediately menyelesaikanya because some friends - friends who had no trial. Soon I finish chapter 5 and my bibliography.

week later me and a my friends back to depok for guidance, thank God Gratitude Scientific Research Scientific Research I in ACC acc letter of lecturers else I have received and may continue to scientific research trial. Lusa just me to depok to enroll me to follow the trial. I was on the call and will be a hearing on September 9, 2013, five weeks after the Eid holiday.

Quite long indeed, but this allows me to relax for a moment to enjoy the Eid holiday in my hometown in Bandung. Day after day in the pass, a week after Eid I went back to Bekasi. I use this case to prepare the needed for a trial later, like after finish writing, and bind to the 3 prepared examiner. And of course study and research in order to prepare themselves mentally in overcoming trial.

 

Finally the day in waiting for arrived ,in the morning  I left for college my lover to the campus D, so as not to be late in following the session at 09.00 . Arrived on campus at 08.00 . I just rushed to the 4th floor , there are already a lot of students - students who will participate in the trial . At 09.00 arrived , I got a space and get the order of 4 to 5 students . This I use to re- learn the material back my scientific research . Come for me to at trial , tension , nervousness and anxiety begin to approach when I walked into the room , but I can handle it , when he got in the room there's a third trial examiner . Immediately I began to introduce myself and present my research , when presented examiners start asking questions - questions . It can I skip . I 've finished in the trial . Then we were all called back to the room to give the results in revision . I get a lecturer revision Mr. anasta  , and given a limit of two weeks for revision.Today  a stressful day already passed . Without wasting much of my time working directly for immediate revision is complete . Once finished I contacted my lecturer Mr revision. anasta to meet on campus D. And thank God my revision received .

That's the story of my experience while striving for scientific research work, heavy indeed but with effort and prayer can ultimately be resolved soon. :)
