Prayers Tahajjud

Prayers Tahajjud (Qiyaamul Lail) is the sunnah prayer a person does after he wakes up from sleep at night even though his sleep just a minute. Is emphasized when the prayer is done in the last third of the night because that's when prayer time is granted.
     
Legal Tahajjud prayer is sunnah muakkadah (sunnah which is emphasized). Sunna prayer has been fixed based on the arguments of al-Qur'an, Sunnah, shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, and ijma' Muslims.
    
Allaah says. "They were very little sleep at night, and at night lately they beg for forgiveness (to Allah)." Shallallaahu Rasulullah 'alaihi wa sallam never leave Tahajjud prayer, both when he was mukim and was traveling. It was narrated from Abu Qatadah (d. th. 54 H) radhiyallaahu 'anhu, he said, "The Prophet shallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam never went out one night, suddenly, he met with Abu Bakr radhiyallaahu 'anhu who was the prayer with a turn down his voice. "Abu Qatadah said," Then he met with 'Umar who was working on praying with his voice. "Abu Qatadah said," When they gathered at the side of the Prophet shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said to them,' O Abu Bakr, I'm already past you when you're praying and you turn down your voice. "Abu Bakr said, 'Indeed I had made to the Lord that I bermunajat unto him, O Messenger of Allah. '"Abu Qatadah said," Then he said to' Umar, 'I've been past you, when it was working on praying with you raise your voice.' "Abu Qatadah said," Then ' Umar replied, 'Messenger of Allah, I have to wake the people who were sleeping asleep and drive out the devil.' Narrated from Zayd ibn Aslam (d. th. 136 H) rahimahullaah that 'Umar radhiyallaahu' anhu perform night prayers in a long time until the end of the night he woke his family to prayer. Abu 'Uthman an-Nahdi rahimahullaah said, "I had a visit to Abu Hurairah radhiyallaahu' anhu for seven days. Apparently he, his wife, and aides split into three nights. Ibn 'Abbas radhiyallaahu' anhuma said, "I've been praying (night) at the back of the Prophet shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam at the end of the night, and he directs me parallel with it.
